       The project implementation cycle is April 2016 to March 2019, its target product is based on inorganic nano-particle modification technology, with high anti-corona performance of the inverter motor insulation system, with high reliability and high heat resistance Etc. Related technology to reach the international advanced level, are nano-materials in the electrical industry in the new application.
Target products can be widely used in high-speed rail, aerospace, nuclear power, wind power, electric vehicles and other fields of variable frequency motor insulation treatment.
       This project has successfully applied inorganic nano-particle modification technology to the field of high-performance motor insulation system, which breaks through the technical bottleneck of traditional insulation system which can not meet the requirements of high anti-corona life of high efficiency inverter motor. The industrialization of the project will realize the localization of China's high-end electrical insulation system, break the long-term dependence on imports of these products, accelerate the rapid development of China's efficient frequency conversion motor industry.
